Archbishop DiNardo

This Mardi Gras, raise a toast and say a prayer for Archbishop Daniel N. DiNardo, who today has become the local ordinary and chief shepherd for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. He replaces Archbishop Joseph Fiorenza, who had recently submitted his resignation to Rome on account of his having reached the age limit of 75. Rome accepted his resignation today. The Archdiocese is quite large and diverse, so best wishes to the archbishop!
