Get a free credit report annually:

This central site allows you to request a free credit file disclosure, commonly called a credit report, once every 12 months from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.

Western States: Starts Dec. 1, 2004.
Midwestern States: Starts March 1, 2005
Southern States: Starts June 1, 2005
Eastern States: Starts September 1, 2005.

I got mine back in December, but starting today, you folks in the MidWest can take advantage of this.
