Pray for Fr. Benedict Groeschel

The information that has been moving around St. Blog's from a variety of sources is that Fr. Benedict Groeschel, co-founder of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, was seriously injured yesterday when he was struct by a car in Orlando. He is in critical but stable condition and has undergone surgery. He had just come from the Marian and Eucharistic Congress out here in Paso Robles, California. I heard him speak once when he came out to Santa Maria in 1997. Fr. Benedict is an amazing and holy man, and his teaching and witness have been a great help to me over the last several years. Let's join the rest of St. Blog's in praying for his recovery.
